While other shoe brands may use similar size scales. It's best too check out shoe brand's siize charts before purchasing a new pair of shoes, as each brand's exact approach to size and fit may vary.

At Hype Lace Philippines, we understand that sometimes a pair of shoes may not be the perfect fit. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our return policy below:
1. Returns and Exchanges:
• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the shoes must be in brand-new, unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
• Shoes that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via Gcash if payment has been done by cash on delivery within 5 days.
• Refunds are issued for the cost of the shoes; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges:
• If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return process.
• We will assist you in processing the exchange and provide instructions on returning the original pair.
4. Return Shipping:
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
• If you receive damaged or defective shoes, please contact us immediately.
• We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

WHAT IS ADIDAS RETURNS POLICY?
Hype lace.com and Hype lace App purchases can be returned within 30 days (some exceptions apply). To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed with the complete accessories and in the original packaging, which must also be in a resaleable condition. This policy includes custom Adidas By You sneakers.
And remember, returns are always free for Adidas Members—just make sure you sign in during checkout.
